No, it’s not that he hasn’t met an Alonzo, just that he hasn’t met one in his ninth regeneration (tenth body). Each regeneration has new personality traits. It was only Ten who said Alons-Y all the time. Three always had to reverse polarities and Four offered everyone a jelly baby. Nine thought everything was Fantastic and called humans Apes. If any of them had met an Alonso, it wouldn’t have meant anything. Just like it wouldnt be special to Eleven. Eleven will go nuts if he ever meets Geronimo, though.
